Which CTS Vienna version is right for you?
What do you already own – and how much CTS do you want? Select your situation. We will immediately show you the cheapest suitable combination.
👇 Simply click one of the five options:
You already own CTS 2026 and only want Vienna. Then you only need the complete Vienna Expansion.
You do not own CTS 2026 yet and want Tramau and Vienna. The Vienna Edition contains the complete Starter Edition plus the Vienna expansion.
You already own CTS 2026 and want the other 2026 contents in addition to Vienna. Then the Season Pass is the right choice.
It includes Vienna, Citybus C2, Tatra KT4D, Flexity Graz and the exclusive Citybus C2K, among others.
You do not own CTS 2026 yet and want the other contents of the 2026 Season Pass in addition to Vienna.
You do not need the Vienna Edition for this: Vienna is already included in the Season Pass. The cheaper combination therefore consists of Starter Edition + Season Pass 2026.
You want to make the most comprehensive possible start with CTS 2026. Then the Expert Edition is the stronger foundation.
It already includes the Starter Edition as well as additional vehicles and expansions such as the MAN New Lion's City, Flexity Vienna, StadtRegioTram and other contents.
Together with the Season Pass, you also receive Vienna and the other 2026 contents. DLCs available separately that are not included in either package can be added afterward.
The CTS 2026 Season Pass regularly costs 64.99 euros and includes the Citybus C2, the Tatra KT4D, the Vienna Expansion, the upcoming Flexity Graz and the exclusive Citybus C2K, which is not sold separately. With our discount code SIMULATORENNEWS the price in the official CTS shop is reduced by five percent to around 61.74 euros. These 61.74 euros are therefore the decisive comparison figure for all further combinations.

For buyers of individual vehicles, the pass is still not automatically worthwhile. The Citybus C2 costs 19.99 euros, the Tatra KT4D also costs 19.99 euros and the Flexity Graz costs 17.99 euros. Even all three vehicle DLCs together therefore cost only 57.97 euros. With a five percent discount, that comes to around 55.07 euros. So if you do not want Vienna and only want to buy C2, Tatra and Flexity Graz, buying them separately costs around 6.67 euros less than the discounted Season Pass. You would then miss out on the exclusive C2K, however.

The decisive point now is the Vienna Expansion. It will be released on October 13, 2026 and costs 49.99 euroson its own. It includes tram lines 37 and 38, bus line 35A, more than 1,000 recreated buildings, as well as ULF A and ULF B and the Vienna versions of the C2 as a solo and articulated bus. With our discount code, the standalone price of Vienna drops to around 47.49 euros.

If you really only want Vienna, you should therefore not choose the Season Pass. €47.49 for Vienna alone is cheaper than €61.74 for the Season Pass. But as soon as you add one more DLC, the calculation changes immediately. Vienna and the Citybus C2 cost 69.98 eurostogether at the regular price, or around 66.48 euroswith the discount. The complete Season Pass costs only 61.74 euroswith the same discount. You therefore save 4.74 euros and also receive Tatra KT4D, Flexity Graz and the exclusive C2K.
For Vienna plus Tatra KT4D the calculation is identical: 69.98 euros regularly, or around 66.48 euros with the discount. Here too, the Season Pass costs less at 61.74 euros. Even the cheapest possible combination of Vienna and another Season Pass DLC already exceeds the threshold: Vienna plus Flexity Graz cost 67.98 eurostogether, or around 64.58 euroswith the discount. At 61.74 euros, the Season Pass is still around 2.84 euros cheaper and directly includes the remaining contents.
This results in a very clear threshold: As soon as you want the Vienna Expansion and at least one of the three regularly available Season Pass vehicle DLCs, the Season Pass is cheaper than the corresponding individual purchases. It does not matter whether the additional DLC is the C2, the Tatra KT4D or the Flexity Graz.
The difference becomes really significant for everyone who would buy all Season Pass contents anyway. The Citybus C2 costs 19.99 euros, the Tatra KT4D also costs 19.99 euros, the Vienna Expansion costs 49.99 euros and the Flexity Graz costs 17.99 euros. Together, that amounts to an individual value of 107.96 euros. The Season Pass, on the other hand, costs only 64.99 euros. Even without our discount, you save 42.97 euros.
With our five percent discount, the calculation becomes even more interesting. All four individual purchases together cost around 102.56 euros, if you apply a five percent discount to each product as well. At the same time, the Season Pass drops to 61.74 euros. Even with a fair comparison in which both sides receive the discount, that leaves 40.82 euros in savings.
In other words: If you want C2, Tatra KT4D, Vienna and Flexity Graz anyway, with our code you pay only around 60 percent of the discounted individual pricefor the Season Pass. You also get the Citybus C2K, for which there is no separate individual price because the vehicle is exclusive to the Season Pass.

There is one important exception for players who do not own CTS 2026 yet. The Season Pass does not include the base game. New players who initially want only CTS 2026 plus Vienna can get the base game and the Vienna Expansion together with the Vienna Edition for 69.99 euros . With our code, this package costs around 66.49 euros.

However, the Vienna Edition does not replace the Season Pass. C2, Tatra KT4D, Flexity Graz and the exclusive C2K are not automatically included in full in this package. New players who want practically all 2026 contents in the long term should therefore compare the base version and Season Pass separately with the Vienna Edition, rather than looking only at the initially lower entry price.
This makes the purchase decision fairly easy to summarize: Only C2? Buy it separately. Only Tatra? Buy it separately. Only Vienna? Buy it separately. C2, Tatra and Flexity Graz without Vienna? Buy them separately as well. Vienna plus any other Season Pass DLC? Season Pass. All contents? Season Pass by a very clear margin.
The strongest case remains the complete calculation: €102.56 for all regular individual purchases with our discount compared with €61.74 for the discounted Season Pass. You save €40.82 and additionally get the exclusive C2K.
