Annoyed by the end-of-run evaluation in Subway Sim 2? This hidden setting fixes it!
While playing Subway Sim 2, this has always been something I noticed quite often. At the end of every completed service, the game automatically shows the evaluation screen. Of course it’s interesting to see how punctual the run was and whether everything went smoothly. But when you want to drive several services in a row, this moment can feel like a small interruption.
During longer sessions, many players just want to continue driving. It’s a bit like finishing one shift and immediately starting the next one without leaving the driver’s seat.
What many players don’t know is that the game actually includes a setting designed for exactly this situation.
The option is called “Seamless timetable transitions.” When this setting is enabled, the game behaves differently at the end of a schedule. Instead of displaying the evaluation screen, the game skips it and automatically loads the next timetable.
That means you can continue driving immediately without any interruption. If you like to drive several services in a row, the gameplay suddenly feels much more continuous.
However, the setting is somewhat hidden in the menu. You can find it in the settings under the “Graphics” section. Scroll down quite far and you will see the option that skips the evaluation at the end of a schedule and automatically starts the next one.
Sometimes it’s exactly these small settings hidden in the options menu that can noticeably change the way a simulator feels to play.
Does the evaluation screen in Subway Sim 2 interrupt your flow? Did you know about this setting? Have you enabled seamless timetable transitions?
