Which Solaris buses are actually coming to Bus Simulator 27?! These three models have now been officially confirmed!

A few days ago we reported that Solaris will become an official partner in Bus Simulator 27. For many fans this came as a bit of a surprise. Even though Solaris buses are extremely common across Europe, the brand has rarely appeared in bus simulation games. So the obvious question now is: Which Solaris buses will you actually be able to drive in Bus Simulator 27? The developers have already confirmed three specific vehicles that will be included at launch.

Bus Simulator 27 aims to represent modern public transport as realistically as possible. That is exactly why Solaris fits so well into the game. The Polish manufacturer has become one of the most important bus producers in Europe, especially when it comes to electric and hydrogen-powered buses.

At launch, three Solaris buses have already been confirmed.

The first one is the Solaris Urbino 9 LE Electric. This is a relatively compact bus with a length of around nine meters. In real life, buses like this are often used on smaller routes, for example in suburban areas or on lines with lower passenger demand. You could think of it as a flexible “small all-rounder” that works well where large articulated buses would be impractical.

The second confirmed vehicle is the Solaris Urbino 12 Electric. This is basically the classic modern city bus. With twelve meters in length and a fully electric drivetrain, it represents the type of bus you see in many European cities every day. In the game, this model will probably become one of the most commonly used buses.

The third vehicle is also the most spectacular one: the Solaris Urbino 18 Hydrogen. This is an 18-meter articulated bus powered by hydrogen technology. Instead of a conventional engine, the bus uses a fuel cell to generate electricity for the electric motor. This vehicle was even awarded “Bus of the Year 2025.”
