In Bus Simulator 27, driving a bus is no longer the only way to experience the game. The upcoming entry in the series introduces new roles and perspectives in public transport. But what exactly does that mean for players?

The upcoming Bus Simulator 27 aims to expand the core concept of the series.

Earlier titles mainly focused on driving buses and completing routes across a city. The new entry, however, introduces several new perspectives on public transport.

One of the most surprising features is the ability to become a passenger.

Instead of sitting behind the wheel, players can simply board a bus and travel through the city as a regular passenger. This creates a completely different perspective on the transport system.

But that is not the only new role.

Players can also take on the role of a ticket inspector, checking passengers’ tickets and ensuring that transport rules are followed.

At the same time, the classic gameplay element of building your own bus company remains a central part of the experience.

In the management system, players plan routes, analyze passenger demand and adjust schedules during peak hours. You can expand your fleet by purchasing new buses and adapting them to urban or regional transport needs.

Customization also plays a role. Buses can receive individual paint jobs, and advertising placements can generate additional income.

Players can also hire drivers, manage staff and assign routes in order to gradually expand their transport company.

Another major feature is the multiplayer mode.

Bus Simulator 27 allows up to three friends to play together. Players can coordinate routes, manage the fleet and work together to keep passengers moving through the city.

While one player drives a route, another may handle management tasks or operate a different line.

The game also supports crossplay between Xbox Series X|S and the Xbox app on Windows. Through Xbox Play Anywhere, purchasing the Xbox version also grants access to the PC version.

With these additions, Bus Simulator 27 aims to portray public transport from multiple perspectives – not just from behind the steering wheel.
