Bus Simulator 27 introduces coaches to the game for the first time – changing the gameplay!

Bus Simulator 27 brings several new features that expand the core concept of the series.

One of the most interesting changes concerns the vehicles themselves. Alongside the familiar solo buses, articulated buses, double-deckers and electric buses, the game will introduce coach buses for the first time.

This addition significantly broadens the gameplay possibilities.

Previous entries in the series mainly focused on city transport. Coach buses, however, open the door to longer intercity and regional routes, allowing players to travel across larger distances between different locations.

One example that has already been confirmed is the Mercedes-Benz Tourismo, a well-known coach used across many European long-distance transport networks.

The game world of Bus Simulator 27 seems to be designed specifically to support this mixture of urban and longer-distance travel.

Players will explore the fictional southern European region Felicia Bay, inspired by countries such as Spain and Portugal. Two cities form the heart of the map: Mequina and Alcaztelar.

The region will feature around 20 different districts, including residential areas, industrial zones, business districts and tourist locations. Numerous landmarks can also be discovered along your routes.

In addition to the expanded bus fleet, Bus Simulator 27 aims to bring more dynamic elements to the gameplay.

A dynamic weather system and a full day-night cycle will influence the atmosphere during your shifts. Meanwhile, unexpected events such as accidents or roadworks may occur, forcing players to adapt their routes to stay on schedule.

The game also offers three different ways to play.

In Story Mode, players follow a narrative while building their bus company and interacting with various characters who introduce new challenges and tasks.

The Career Mode focuses more heavily on economic and management systems. Players can build their own transport network, plan routes and expand their company step by step.

Finally, the Sandbox Mode allows players to explore freely without financial restrictions or strict objectives.

By introducing coach buses, Bus Simulator 27 expands not only its vehicle lineup but also the entire gameplay experience – from traditional city transport to longer journeys between destinations
