After a long pause: RailWorld: Tram Simulator returns with new development progress!

The RailWorld: Tram Simulator project has attracted attention from tram simulation fans for quite a while. We have already reported on the development several times in the past. Now the developers have shared another update, revealing that the last few weeks have been particularly busy.

One major focus has been recording sounds for the 105Na tram. This tram type is one of the classic vehicles used in Poland and the developers aim to recreate it as authentically as possible.

To achieve this, the team collaborated with the Klub Miłośników Starych Tramwajów in Łódź, a club dedicated to historic trams. With their help, real recordings were captured and are now being prepared for use in the simulator.

According to the developers, finishing the tram sounds represents the final step before they can present full gameplay footage. This suggests that the first real gameplay video might not be far away.

At the same time, development continues on the Poznań map, which currently serves as the main setting for the simulator. A new screenshot shows Most Teatralny, one of the busiest locations in the Poznań tram network.

While the vehicle sounds are being finalized, the virtual city continues to grow.

Even though RailWorld: Tram Simulator is still in development, the update clearly shows that work on the project is ongoing.

And for many tram simulation fans, the most exciting moment might be approaching: the first full gameplay reveal.
